The objective of this solution included in the Digital Kit Programme (within the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan) financed by the EU under the European funds Next Generation EU is the creation of an online shop for the purchase and sale of products and/or services that uses
digital media for exchange. This online shop will be aligned with your main objectives and needs and will be designed accordingly.
Who is this solution for?
- Segment I. Small enterprises with between 10 and less than 50 employees.
- Segment II. Small or Micro enterprises with between 3 and less than 10 employees.
- Segment III. Small or Micro enterprises with between 1 and less than 3 employees and self-employed.
- Segment IV: Medium-sized enterprises with 50 to less than 100 employees
- Segment V: Companies with between 100 and less than 250 employees.

Functionalities and services
Creation of the online shop or E-Commerce and creation of the product catalogue: you will have at your disposal a catalogue in your online shop, in which your products will be available, by registering, importing or uploading them. The solution includes the upload of at least 100 references of your products, unless you do not have this number, in which case it can be less.
Methods of payment: the Digitising Agent you have selected will set up and integrate the payment methods in your online shop.
Responsive design: your E-Commerce can be used on all types of devices.
Accessibility: the design of your online shop will meet the level AA compliance criteria of the WCAG-2.1 Guidelines.
Basic internet positioning: you will get the basic information of your business, such as contact and company profile, to be positioned in the main pages of companies and professionals.
Search engine optimisation (SEO): The Digitising Agent will be in charge of carrying out an analysis of keywords, competition, SEO On-Page of up to two pages or sections in order to have a good positioning. He/she will also carry out the indexing and ranking of content and quarterly monitoring reports.
Self-managingYou will also have a content management platform so that you can modify the contents of your website without the need for help.
Creation of a product feed or index: a feed or index of products will be created for insertion in search engines (exclusive for Segment IV and V).
Shipping methods: you will have configured and integrated the digital and/or physical shipping methods for the products in your online shop.
Maintenance and technical support

The price range is subject to the needs of each business and the segment to which they belong. The maximum eligible amount is 5.000€.
Maximum amount of aid
0 < X < 3 employees: €2.000
3 ≤ X < 10 employees: €2,000
10 ≤ X < 50 employees: €2.000
50* ≤ X < 100 employees: €5,000
100 ≤ X < 250 employees: 5.000€.
