How much money can my company receive as a beneficiary of these grants?
The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation differentiates between 5 different economic brackets according to the number of employees the company has.
Up to €29,000
Medium-sized companies with between 100 and less than 250 employees.

Medium-sized enterprises with between 50 and less than 100 employees. Segment IV includes companies with fewer than 50 employees that qualify as medium-sized enterprises with an annual turnover and annual balance sheet total of more than EUR 10 million.

How to find out if I can be a beneficiary company:
In order to join the Digital Kit Programme offered by the Ministry, it is necessary for all companies to carry out, as a pre-requisite, a test of Digital Maturity Level. To take the test you must click here and you will be redirected to the corresponding page.
In addition to this test, all companies interested in applying for this aid must meet the following requirements.
Requirements:
- Be constituted as a small business, micro-enterprise or self-employed.
- Comply with the financial and effective limits that define the categories of companies.
- Be registered and have the minimum seniority established by the call for applications.
- Be up to date with tax and Social Security obligations.
- Not be subject to an outstanding recovery order of the European Commission declaring the aid unlawful and incompatible with the common market.
- To prove the requirements to be a beneficiary in accordance with the General Law on Subsidies.
- Not to exceed the minimum aid ceiling.
